  • For Web Development & Mobile App Development Services: Refunds may be considered if the delivered project does not meet the specifications outlined in the initial agreement or contract. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • For Cloud & DevOps Services: Refunds may be provided if the service provided fails to meet the agreed-upon performance or functionality criteria.
  • For Big Data & Data Analytics Services: If the delivered analytics or reports do not meet the requirements specified, a refund may be considered based on the review of the project.
  • For Quality Assurance & Testing Services: Refunds will be issued if the testing results fail to meet the service scope defined in the agreement or if the service was not provided as agreed upon.
  • For UX/UI Design Services: If the designs do not align with the agreed-upon specifications, a revision will be offered. If unresolved, a refund may be considered within 7 days of the final delivery.
  • For Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are offered if measurable campaign results (such as traffic, conversions, or engagement) do not meet the agreed KPIs within the defined timeframe.
  • For Data Scraping Services: Refunds will be considered if the data extraction does not meet the agreed quality or scope.
  • For Plugin Development Services: If the developed plugin fails to function as described or does not meet the specified requirements, we offer revisions or a refund.
Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Custom work that has been completed and delivered as per the client’s specifications.
  • Subscription-based services once the subscription period has started.
  • Any service where the client requests a change or revision beyond the scope of the original agreement.
Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide the project details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation or information.
  • Our team will review the request and process the refund if applicable. Refund requests will be addressed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If you made the payment via bank transfer or other methods, we will refund the amount to the same account.

Service Modifications

If you are not satisfied with the service delivered, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by making the necessary changes or revisions. If the issue is not resolved, we may consider offering a refund.

Damaged or Defective Services

If there are issues with the services rendered (such as technical problems or errors in delivered work), we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, a refund may be issued.
